Late Work Policy:

It is expected that classwork and homework will be turned in the day it is due. I do recognize various issues might arise that would prevent a student from turning it in. Therefore, I have the following late work policy:

1 Day Late: 10% off the student’s original score

2 Days Late: 20% off the student’s original score

3 Days Late: 30% off the student’s original score

4 Days Late: 40% off the student’s original score

5 Days Late: 50% off the student’s original score

Quiz Policy:

Students will be allowed to make corrections to his or her quizzes during class, without the use of outside help for gaining opportunities to earn extra points towards their quizzes.

Test Policy and Make-Up Opportunities

Students who have an excused absence from their doctor are allowed to make up any test missed within five days of the missed day. If the student is out of class for more than five days for medical reasons, there will be preparations put in place until the student is well. All missed assignments will receive a zero until made up and completed.
