May 18 Update:

Health/PE Students:

 

Your Assignments for the next two and a half weeks are in a Google Folder. Here is the link to that folder:

The first document in the folder is the Cover Page that has detailed explanations of what you will be doing for the next two and a half weeks as well as how to turn work in. All remaining weeks are PE weeks in which you will sign off that you have completed a variety of exercises each day. That document is the PE Fitness Log. Again, details on how to complete all of this are spelled out in the Cover Sheet. 

 

On Tuesdays from 11am-12pm and Thursdays from 12pm-1pm I will have “Office hours” via Google Meet. You can sign on at any point during this hour to ask questions, talk, or anything else you need. Click on this link (https://meet.google.com/?pli=1&authuser=0) or go to Google Meet and then click on "+ Join or start a meeting". When prompted type in "bhskeithhealthpe" to join the meeting. You will only be able to join once I have joined.

May 4 Update:

Health/PE Students:

The first document in the folder is the Cover Page that has detailed explanations of what you will be doing for the next two weeks as well as how to turn work in. The first week (5/4-5/8) is a Health week with three worksheets just like we were doing in class some days. You will complete all three by Friday 5/8. There will not be a test. The second week (5/11-5/15) is a PE week in which you will sign off that you have completed a variety of exercises each day. That document is the PE Fitness Log. Again, details on how to complete all of this are spelled out in the Cover Sheet.

April 27 Update:

Health/PE students:

This week is a PE week. All you have to do from the folder sent out last week is focus on the PE Fitness Log. Go ahead and make a copy of that and share it with me. Once you complete your exercises for the day just go into the document and digitally sign off (type your name) that you did it. Here is the link from last week in case you need it again. Refer to the cover page for instructions on what to do this week as well.

April 15 Update

Health/PE students:

There is a change to how to access my office hours. Instead of using the link I previously sent, you will now just go to Google Meet (https://meet.google.com/?pli=1&authuser=0), click the Green "+ Join or start a meeting" button and type in the code bhskeithhealthpe to access the meeting. My office hours are still the same, Tuesdays 11am-12pm and Thursdays 12pm-1pm. These are optional in case you have any questions and you can join the Meet at any point in the hour and leave when you are done. 

Also, for the PE Fitness Log I don't mind if you substitute your own exercises as long as you are physically active for 30 minutes. For example, if you go outside and play basketball with you little brother for 30 minutes you can sign off for that day without having to do the exercises in my plan.

I realize today we have severe weather so you may not get outside to do the run/jog/walk. Here is the link from last week in case you need it again. The first week (4/6-4/9) is a Health week with four worksheets just like we were doing in class some days. You will complete one worksheet per day for 4 days (Friday 4/10 is a Holiday). There will not be a test. The second week (4/13-4/17) is a PE week in which you will sign off that you have completed a variety of exercises each day. That document is the PE Fitness Log. Again, details on how to complete all of this are spelled out in the Cover Sheet.
