Class Requirements:

(1).  All students should wear sneaks to gym class and comfortable clothing ideal for rigorous movement.

(2).  Crocs, heels, dress shoes, boots, flip flops, etc. should NOT be worn in PE class but sneakers ONLY.

(3).  If dresses or skirts are worn, please wear shorts or leggings underneath the dress or skirt.

(4). Bottle water may be taken to gym class due to the non usage of water fountains.  Please label the bottle with your students name and grade level.

(5).  Mask must be worn in PE class at all times.  Special consideration has been taken in planning each lesson to allow students to not be overcome with exertion.  Mask breaks are only given outside and are scheduled twice a day for students.  Unfortunately, indoor PE class is not a mask break area.

(6).  If your student has medical issues or concerns that may hinder participation in class, please send a note or email me at: terryalston@fcschools.net and an alternative assignment will be given.
