  Here is the schedule of our day:

7:45-7:55 am Morning work and starting our day

7:55-8:05 am Breakfast and morning announcements

8:05-8:40 am ELA Encore

8:40- 9:10  am  ELA whole group ( includes mini lesson)

9:10- 10:10 am ELA stations/centers

10:10-11:00 am Math whole group

 11:00-11:30 am Lunch

11:30 -12:00 pm Recess

12:00- 12:40 pm Enrichment Time

12:40- 1:15 pm Writing/ Science/ social Studies integration

1:15-1:45 WIRED

1:45-2:30 pm Math stations

2:30- 2:45 pm pack up and dismissal

-Please make sure you check your child's agenda daily!

 April 10-14th

Phonics- This week we will be discussing vowel combination spelling patterns and words with the OO in them

Reading- We are discussing poetry looking for alliteration,phrases and beats and also publishing our own spring poems. April is national poetry month.

Math- We are working on partitioning shapes rectangles and squares.

Reading log-- Please make sure you are reading with your child daily. At the end of the month if your child's reading log is filled in he/she will get their pizza coupon.Remember they must read forty minutes every week to receive  and their Pizza Hut free pizza. It also must be initialed by a parent or guardian. Also please make sure homework is being done on a daily basis. students have one reading and one math question daily.

 Science- We are working on discussing life cycles.
