Homework Requirements: Each night students are expected to read one chapter or one book they checked out of the library. After reading the chapter or book they can select a question from their TRC laminated sheet in their folder. This response should be 5-6 sentences. Students are also to choose one homework menu activity. Weekend homework is to read their library books, 20 minutes each day. 

ELA:

Read their library book and or a chapter in their library book. Students are required to answer one of the TRC question stems from their folder. Each student has a laminated list of questions based on their own reading level. Responses should be 5-8 sentences in length. 

www.storylineonline.net - great website for students to listen to an animated book being read to them. It is engaging and shows to read with expression. 

Math:

Students should select at least one enrichment activity each night in addition to nightly reading.

Create a multiplication chart up to 12.
