Hello and welcome to 3rd grade!! My name is Miss Christiana Houser and I am so excited to begin the 2022-2023 school year!
This will be my fourth year teaching! I have been at YES for all 4 of those years. I spent 2 years in third grade and 1 year in first grade. I am so happy to be back in third grade! I will be teaching Reading and Social Studies and my teammate, Mrs. Shari Walton will be your child's Math and Science teacher!

Miss Houser's Daily Schedule
If your child is quarantined due to COVID guidelines, please be sure to check Google Classroom for assignments while they are out! To access Google Classroom, please follow these easy steps!
1. Go to classroom.google.com and make sure your scholar is logged into his or her school account.
2. Find "Miss Houser's Homeroom 2022-2023" if your child is in my homeroom class or "Walton ELA and Social Studies 2022-2023" if your child is in Mrs. Walton's homeroom class.
3. At the top of the homepage, find the "Classwork" tab. All classwork can be found in this section. There will be headings and assignments posted.
Email is the best way to reach me, especially during school hours! I check it regularly throughout the day. During instructional time, I am not always able to answer phone calls.
