To learn the basics of athletic strength development. Increase students overall fitness level through a rigorous variety of agility drills, strength training, and sprinting techniques.
Participation = 90% Test= 10%
Proper lifting clothes should be worn EVERYDAY...NO BOOTS...FLIP FLOPS...OR CROCKS...ONLY SNEAKERS!!!
BE PREPARED TO GO OUTSIDE EVERYDAY...WEATHER WILL NOT BE AN EXCUSE...WE WILL BE OUTSIDE. BE PREPARED!!! Because we are going to be virtual, you can do these assignments in most places. Feel free to be flexible and mobile.
Nine Week Grade = 40%...Nine Week Grade = 40%...Exam = 20%
There are NO EXEMPTIONS FROM THE FINAL EXAM
Feel free to use phones, apple watches or other devices to track and record your workouts and assignments so that you can turn them in to receive your grades.
ROLL CALL WILL BE TAKEN AT THE START OF CLASS EVERYDAY. PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR THE DAILY ASSIGNMENT AT THAT TIME.
