Class Objectives

The purpose of this class is to increase students' strength , agility, and overall physical fitness. This will be achieved through a variety of agility drills, weight training, and cardiovascular exercises.

 

Grading

Dress Out .....................50%

Participation ...............50%

If student does not dress out, student will be sent to In School Suspension (ISS) for the class period.

 

Final Grade 

1st Nine Weeks............................40%

2nd Nine Weeks..........................40%

Final Exam.....................................20%
