Exploring Business and Entrepreneurship 

This course is designed to teach the basic principles of business including purpose, functions, and classifications of businesses.Students will learn basic concepts of entrepreneurship.  Students will recall personal characteristics and skills needed for a successful entrepreneur, understand entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial process, and understand the procedures and requirements for starting a business.  

Grading Scale

60% Summative (tests, quizzes, and projects)

40% Formative (classwork)

Students should be prepared for learning each day by bringing their notes and the supplies listed below.
