Required immunizations for school entry

Required Health Assessment for all Pre-K, Kindergarten students and 1st-12th grade newly enrolling students in NC public schools

All medications need to be brought in by a parent and checked in with the front office. Medications cannot be left on campus without the Medication Administration Form signed by your child's doctor. All medications must be reviewed by the School Nurse prior to being given to your student.

Medication Distribution Request form (must be filled out by your child's doctor)

Flu Information-  The CDC recommends that everyone 6 months of age and older get a flu vaccine.

 Please, if your child has had fever, keep them at home for 24 hours after the fever is gone- without fever-reducing medications. The same applies for vomiting or diarrhea- they should not come to school until 24 hours after the last episode.
