Welcome to Music at LES.  This year we will continue to explore Music by using the questions: Who, what, where, when, why and how?  Some of you are continuing your adventure, and some are just beginning.  We plan to learn by doing. We are all born with the ability to participate in music, and to grow.  Everyone plays, everyone sings, everyone tries, everyone improves.  This is a NO FEAR ZONE!

Announcements regarding upcoming events will be posted as needed.

I will be placing grade level information in folders. You can access these folders any time to find out what we are studying, and to find some interesting links to follow.  These may include online music games, videos or information that will enhance your understanding of our objectives. Check regularly for updates!

Class Schedule: K: 8:35-9:15, 1: 10:00-10:40, 5th: 10:45-11:25, 2nd: 12:00-12:40, 3rd: 1:20-2:00, 4th: 2:05-2:45.

             "It's the Holiday Season,...."

Christmas Concert is scheduled for Monday, December 19, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. All grades will be represented. Participation is optional!

If your child is interested in performing, he/she must show their best behavior, learn to sing the songs (and words) accurately, and participate in the final practice, during school on the 19th. No special dress is required (school dress code will still be in force....no bare shoulders, backs, midriffs and no hats!)
